The Old Lodge Strengthening
An Earthquake Strengthening Design was completed on this single-storey historical building located in Hamilton.
This 1920’s building was strengthened to 67% of the New Building Standard (NBS) and had an office fit out.
The redevelopment of the site honoured its long history while also giving the old building a new lease on life.
